I've been fishing since I could see over the edge of the boat. Some of my first memories are watching my grandpa pull in walleyes and curse anything else that bit his line. I have fished in Texas, Florida, Mexico and yes... Canada. 

My equipment is all top of the line and I pride myself in being a good "coach/trainer" as well as a Lake Vermilion Minnesota fishing guide. One of my favorite things to do is take new folks out and watch them nearly jump out of the boat when a big fish explodes on a frog or a popper. Upon request, we can even try to video tape your excursion.

The main thing to remember is to take care of our resources and continue to pass this knowledge on to our kids. This is why I am a lifetime member of the North American Fishing Club and many other orginizations such as B.A.S.S.

In the 1940's the National Geographic Society declared Lake Vermilion, in Minnesota, one of the top ten most scenic lakes in the United States. And Lake Vermilion Minnesota is still that way today. With its 40,000 acres of water, 365 islands and 1200 miles of shoreline, it stretches 40 miles across the heart of Minnesota's Arrowhead Region.
